Dr. Evan Cohen is a native New Yorker, born and raised in New York City. Dr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Stony Brook University and graduated with Cum Laude Degree Honors. After college, Dr. Cohen moved to Boston and completed his dental education at Boston University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. Dr. Cohen was inducted into the national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon for his outstanding performance throughout his dental education. In addition, he was awarded the 2012 Academy of Osseointegration Implant Dentistry Award at Boston University.

Dr. Cohen then traded the coast for the mountains and moved to Denver where he completed specialty training in Orthodontics at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. While completing his specialty training in Orthodontics, Dr. Cohen also earned his Master of Science Degree for his research in enamel demineralization and discoloration during orthodontic treatment.

He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association, and is certified in BLS and CPR by the American Heart Association. Dr. Cohen is certified to provide Invisalign® treatment for adults and teens, and his goal is for his patients, of all ages, is to have positive and fun experiences at the orthodontist.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family and going to the beach. Dr. Cohen grew up in Rockaway Beach and currently resides in Queens with his fiancé, whom he loves deeply even though she is a Red Sox fan!
